Discuss an idea of the project (the Charter of Southern National Honour Abroad ) through free elections on the following basis:
-As systematic political evidence for the peaceful people's action for the struggle of the South towards self-determination and the restoration of the southern state on the basis of which the Southern National Conference will be held for all segments of the all social groups and different spectra inside the Southern community , which is scheduled to emerge from the election of the ******ship legitimacy and the legitimate representative of the peaceful people's action in South,
-The commander of the heroic struggle of our people for freedom and independence, and carrying a national political issue of the South.
-Confirmation of the vitality of all Southern forces,personalities, activists,politicians and intellectuals in the southern community , who identified the militant,political choices, national perspectives of historical, social, cultural and national proud of the people of the south through believing in a justified cause to self-determination&independence and to free dignified life.
-To constitute a serious blow for the regime of President Ali Abdullah Saleh, who bet on dividing the unity southern both at home and abroad,
- To publicity about a southern political entity: is specifically another more great southern victory,
-To support the peaceful people's action at home,
-To guarantee sincere securities in the south, which directed against the arrests affected the southern symbols and the illegal prosecution of them.
-As a political umbrella for all southern social layers,formed from different segments of the South all over the country without exception and away from traditional partisan polarization.
-The door will be open to all southern social layers away from any kind of exclusion.
-Aims to expand political and social participation of all southern migrants and the various sects&partisan of any political tendencies or ground(Not be oriented on traditionally political parties)
-Will make a solid platform for efficiencies that the Southerners try to find through their way to undertake the task of delivering the Southern issues to various institutions and decision-making countries in the world.
