Discuss an idea of the project (the Charter of Southern National Honour Abroad ) through free elections on the following basis:
-As systematic political evidence for the peaceful people's action for the struggle of the South towards self-determination and the restoration of the southern state on the basis of which the Southern National Conference will be held for all segments of the all social groups and different spectra inside the Southern community , which is scheduled to emerge from the election of the ******ship legitimacy and the legitimate representative of the peaceful people's action in South,
-The commander of the heroic struggle of our people for freedom and independence, and carrying a national political issue of the South.
-Confirmation of the vitality of all Southern forces,personalities, activists,politicians and intellectuals in the southern community , who identified the militant,political choices, national perspectives of historical, social, cultural and national proud of the people of the south through believing in a justified cause to self-determination&independence and to free dignified life.
-To constitute a serious blow for the regime of President Ali Abdullah Saleh, who bet on dividing the unity southern both at home and abroad,
- To publicity about a southern political entity: is specifically another more great southern victory,
-To support the peaceful people's action at home,
-To guarantee sincere securities in the south, which directed against the arrests affected the southern symbols and the illegal prosecution of them.
-As a political umbrella for all southern social layers,formed from different segments of the South all over the country without exception and away from traditional partisan polarization.
-The door will be open to all southern social layers away from any kind of exclusion.
-Aims to expand political and social participation of all southern migrants and the various sects&partisan of any political tendencies or ground(Not be oriented on traditionally political parties)
-Will make a solid platform for efficiencies that the Southerners try to find through their way to undertake the task of delivering the Southern issues to various institutions and decision-making countries in the world.

ناقشة فكرة مشروع (ميثاق الشرف الوطني الجنوبيه في الخارج) عن طريمق انتخابات حرة على اساس ما يلي :
- منهجيه لالادله السياسية السلميه الشعبية العمل من اجل النضال من الجنوب وصولا الى تقرير المصير واستعادة الدولة للجنوب والتي على اساسها الجنوبيه الوطنية وسيتم عقد هذا المؤتمر لجميع قطاعات من جميع الفئات الاجتماعية ومختلف الاطياف داخل المجتمع الجنوبي ، الذي من المقرر ان تنبثق عن انتخاب قيادة شرعيه والممثل الشرعي للشعب مسالم عمل في الجنوب ،
- قائد الكفاح البطولي لشعبنا من أجل الحرية والاستقلال ، ويحمل قضية سياسية وطنية للجنوب.
- تأكيد حيوية جنوب لجميع القوى والشخصيات والنشطاء والسياسيين والمثقفين في المجتمع الجنوبي ، وحدد من المقاتله ، والخيارات السياسية ، من المنظورات الوطنية والتاريخية والاجتماعية والثقافيه والوطنية وتفخر من اهل الجنوب من خلال الايمان سبب مبرر ل& تقرير المصير والاستقلال والحياة الحرة الكريمه.
- لتشكل ضربة قوية لنظام الرئيس على عبد الله صالح ، من الرهان على تقسيم وحدة الجنوبيه في الداخل والخارج ،
-- الى الاعلان عن كيان سياسي جنوبي : هو على وجه التحديد اكثر اخر انتصار كبير للجنوب ،
- لدعم الشعب المسالم عمل في المنزل ،
- الصادق لضمان الأوراق المالية في بلدان الجنوب ، التي وجهت ضد الاعتقالات الجنوبيه المتضرره والرموز وملاحقة غير المشروع منها.
- باعتبارها المظله السياسية لجنوب لجميع الطبقات الاجتماعية ، التي شكلت من شرائح مختلفة من الجنوب في كل انحاء البلاد دون استثناء وبعيدا عن الاستقطاب الحزبي التقليديه.
- الباب سيكون مفتوحا امام جميع الطبقات الاجتماعية الجنوب بعيدا عن أي نوع من الاقصاء.
- يهدف الى توسيع نطاق المشاركة السياسية والاجتماعية للمهاجرين من جميع انحاء الجنوب ومختلف الطوائف & حزبية من اي الاتجاهات السياسية أو أرض الواقع (وليس ان توجه تقليديا على الاحزاب السياسية)
- سوف يقوم اساسا صلبا لكفاءات ان الجنوبيين في محاولة لايجاد طريق في طريقهم الى الاضطلاع بمهمه ايصال القضايا الى جنوب لمختلف المؤسسات وصنع القرار في بلدان العالم.
